Boosting Everyday Productivity for Functional Excellence with GenAI

The GenAI Workforce Upskilling Programme is structured as a continuity model, allowing learners to begin with the essential foundation on Day 1 and then progress to the more advanced, hands-on Day 2 training.

The rise of Generative AI (GenAI) has transformed the way organizations operate, enabling teams to streamline workflows, enhance decision-making, and optimize processes. To ensure your department leverages GenAI effectively, this training program has been designed to address key learning objectives that align with actionable and impactful adoption of Generative AI. Participants will gain hands-on experience with prompt and context engineering, workflow automation, and strategic AI collaboration turning them from power users of generative AI to builders of generative AI. Leaving with tangible outputs such as tested prompts, working prototypes and a GenAI adoption roadmap.

Whether you’re looking to stand out in a competitive job market, upgrade your skill set, or boost your productivity at work, this course will leave you with a personal GenAI toolkit, tested prompts, and a clear implementation roadmap that you can apply immediately.

Programme Objective

Day 1: GenAI Essentials
This is the mandatory starting point for all learners. It provides the core foundation needed to understand and start using GenAI tools effectively.

Learning Objectives:

• Apply prompt and context engineering to delegate real tasks to GenAI tools: Enable participants to construct effective prompts and context that maximize GenAI capabilities, ensuring precise task delegation and operational efficiency.

• Identify automation-ready workflows in their departments: Equip teams with tools and techniques to analyse existing workflows and determine which processes can benefit from automation through AI.

• Select the most relevant GenAI tools for their specific functions: Provide insights into various GenAI tools, helping participants choose technologies suited to their departmental needs and goals.

• Learn the AI ethics framework, data governance risk assessment and migration for responsible AI Implementation: Enable teams to use AI responsibly and develop their own AI playbook for AI adoption.

Day 2: GenAI Discovery & Hands-On Immersion
After completing Day 1, learners continue to Day 2 for deeper, practical application.

Learning Objectives:
• Build functional, task-ready Agentic AI tailored to real departmental workflows: Enable participants to design, configure, and deploy their first operational AI agent using OpenAI Agent Builder.

• Diagnose and refine AI agent behaviour through structured troubleshooting and iteration cycles: Equip teams with the skills to identify root causes of failure, refine agent actions, improve context logic, and progressively enhance performance through deliberate iteration.

• Validate AI agent workflows through peer review and expert assessment: Create a collaborative environment where teams stress-test each other’s agents, compare design approaches, and internalize best practices that elevate reliability, compliance, and usability.

• Develop an organizational AI adoption roadmap rooted in readiness, governance, and measurable outcomes: Guide participants to evaluate their department’s readiness, map enablers and blockers, and design phased implementation plans with clear ROI metrics and governance considerations.

• Establish long-term structures for sustainable AI integration and continuous capability growth: Prepare participants to build internal AI champions, set up support structures, leverage shared resource libraries, and cultivate a peer-driven learning community that keeps adoption momentum alive.
